Campaign Settings (Pro)
Open Configuration → Campaigns. These are starting values for campaigns created by you or your customers, and the limits on what customers may add.
New Campaign Defaults
Section titled “New Campaign Defaults”-
Default funding model: Flexible (keep what you raise), the default, or All or nothing.
- Flexible: creators keep whatever they raise.
- All or nothing: the money is only released when the goal is met by the end date. Otherwise supporters are refunded.
Customers can change the model on their own campaign until its first contribution. After that it is fixed, since changing the rules under existing supporters would be unfair to them. You can still change it from the admin editor.

Maximum duration (days): The longest a customer campaign can run. Empty, the default, means no limit. A customer who picks a later end date sees “Campaigns can run for at most 30 days.” Your own campaigns are never limited.
Creator Tools
Section titled “Creator Tools”What customers can add to their own campaigns. You can always use every tool. All three are on by default.
- Rewards: “Let creators offer reward tiers”.
- Stretch goals: “Let creators add milestones to the progress bar”.
- Updates: “Let creators post updates and email supporters”. Update emails are sent in the background.
Turning a tool off hides it from the creator’s form. What a campaign already has stays on its page.
