How do I activate a plugin license?

Open the plugin's settings screen in your WordPress admin and enter the purchase code together with the email address you bought it with. Activation is per site, so a staging copy needs its own activation. Each plugin's Getting started section shows the exact screen.

Do these plugins work with WooCommerce HPOS?

Yes. The plugins declare compatibility with WooCommerce High-Performance Order Storage, so you can leave HPOS switched on.

Which WordPress and WooCommerce versions are supported?

Each release is built and tested against the current WordPress and WooCommerce versions, and older versions usually keep working. The exact versions a release was tested against are listed on that plugin's page on devdiggers.com.

Can I try a plugin before I buy it?

Yes. Every plugin has a live demo at demo.devdiggers.com that signs you into the admin automatically, so you can open the real settings screens and click through the features without installing anything.

Is there a free version of these plugins?

Some plugins ship a free edition alongside the paid one, and the two differ in features rather than in support. Where a free edition exists, that plugin's Introduction explains what the free and paid editions each include.

What should I do if the docs do not answer my question?

Open a support ticket from your DevDiggers account. Include the plugin name and version, your WordPress and WooCommerce versions, the screen you were on and what you expected to happen. That is usually enough to answer without a second round trip.
