WooCommerce Pre-Order Documentation
Pre-Order lets a product take orders before you have it. Give any product a release date and its page gains a badge, a countdown and a Pre-Order button in place of Add to cart. Charge the full price now, or take a deposit and collect the rest on release day. When the date arrives the plugin releases the product, restores its real stock and emails everyone who reserved it.
